The numbers on this plate have been touched up, (but not the \"CAL\", which is original). My guess is that the numbers did not need to be touched up, however I have not had the nerve to try to remove the paint. There is also some white touch up on the background of the plate, as well as touch up on the poppy tab.
The number on the poppy tab matches the number of the plate.
