Antique Art Deco Art Nouveau Rembrandt Bridge Arm Floor Lamp For Sale

Gorgeous Antique Rembrandt Art Deco Art Nouveau bridge arm floor lamp with Holophane glass shade. This beauty has 3 ornate cast metal spacers and a marble ring that sits on a footed base. The pole is covered with 2 patterned brass sleeves. The brass set rings for the sleeves fit inside the sleeve, a sign of a quality lamp manufacturer. The mid spacer features a face. The marble base is a cream color with brown striations. The clear ribbed glass shade marked Holophane is in perfect shape except for a tiny rim chip that is not visible when inserted in the Uno ring.(see picture) it stands 62 inches tall and has a width of 15 inches with the shade.

This lamp was found with a heavy coating of gold spray paint. It was restored by removing the paint, revealing rusting on some of the cast iron. The rust was removed and gilding wax in antique gold was applied as needed. It has been rewired using the original porcelain Big Boy socket with a pull chain. The Uno ring is new. I am a hobbyist who loves giving these lamps a second chance.
