Ceramic Dog And Mini Dog Creamer Tea Pot Red Clay Asian ? For Sale

I honestly don’t know what this is.. it seems too small for a tea pot or a gravy boat but weird as a creamer.. it appears and sounds ceramic .. not sure if the red collar that holds the little dog on his back to the tail is original, because that looks Asian ish… there are some lines that make it look like it was from a mold.... it is very cute and incredibly well done and detailed.. please ask for more pics or enlighten me if you have any info.. thanks .. open to offers
