Civil War Soldiers Photo Album With Piece Of CS Battle Flag:

Soldiers Album with a piece of a battle flag from the battle of Jackson,Miss. There is 2 pieces but I'm not sure if the blue felt was part of the flag or not . First page is a photo of Lincoln with a black cloth around it and through it as a memorial. Has 10 cdv's total and one tin type of a little girl. One is a cdv of Ulysses S. Grant. In the back is a poem titled "Union and Liberty" by Oliver Wendell Holmes from the Dec 1861 issue of the Atlantic Monthly. Half of the album is empty and some pages are stained and/or ripped. A piece of black felt was added to the binding and the latch is missing. Obviously the piece of flag is the main attraction of the album, with everything else as a bonus.
