IMPACT CUTLERY DOUBLE EDGED DAMASCUS BOWIE KNIFE BURL WOOD HANDLE- 1627. This beautiful damascus steel blade was 100% hand-forged. This awesome handmade knife is 14.40\" long, with a 9.60\" blade made of damascus steel. This damascus steel blade was created from 288 alternating layers of 1095 High Carbon and 15N20 Nickel Carbon Steel. During the forging process, the blade was heat treated and oil tempered to a Rockwell Hardness of 58-60HRC. The blade is 5.75MM thick, and was professionally sharpened at 25 degrees resulting in an ultra sharp and durable edge. The beautiful handle was constructed of burl wood with deep finger grooves and red fiber spacers and a Damascus handguard and pommel. This is a new knife, and comes with a custom handmade leather sheath and the manufacturer\'s lifetime warranty.
