Was $67.99 This is for a VERY RARE WWII Items. The SENIOR SERVICE SCOUT (SSS) Patch was designed in 1941 for WWII. Girl Scouts USA developed an incentive program for Senior Girl Scouts to become more actively involved in national defense activities. After training, a Girl Scout could purchase this Special GARRISON Hat with the SSS PATCH on it. It is a heavy gabardine cotton and has the early label in it-the 2 Long Haired Girls. These are different from the newer Senior Hats that were available. It is a size 21 1/2 and in Beautiful Condition for being so old. This is great to have in your collection.
