The Juicing Screw effectively chews fruits and vegetable fibers and breaks up plant cells. Since there are no blades to shred the fruits and vegetables, they are not exposed to oxygen. Because the juice is not oxidized, it will keep for up to 72 hours in the refrigerator and still taste freshly made.−

CARE INSTRUCTIONS−
After each use, all parts (except the Motor Base) should be washed in warm soapy water with a soft sponge or cloth.− All parts, except the Motor Base, are dishwasher safe. The base should never be immersed in or rinsed with water.−
May be pre-rinsed immediately before washing making cleanup much easier. Simply cover the Juice Outlet with the Stopper, then add water and run the unit for a few seconds. The juicer should not be cleaned using any products that contain ammonia or bleach, or scouring powders, as they may dull, scratch or mar the surface.− The included soft brush can be used to clean holes in the Strainer Basket and the Outlets should they become clogged.− Complete instructions are included in the RW128 Use & Care booklet.
