The wick may need to be replaced and the lighter may need to be serviced, it is untested. Glossy finish; Royal Doulton backstamp. Artist: Geoff BlowerIssued: 1958. Made in England. The lighter does show age/wear/use including discoloration, fading and crackling. Measurements are included in the photos.
