If graded, I\'d say this book is a 4.5 or better. Front cover has some wear/creasing along spine, spine ticks, other areas of creasing/folding, blunted corners, small tear/chip on bottom edge/left hand side, some areas of scuffing and soiling. Back cover has wear/color fading along spine, some chips/tears (along bottom edge), areas of ceasing/folding, areas of scuffing and soiling/staining as well. On the mail in portion of ad, there is also a circular hole, that also affects the last page of book (see picture). Inside pages are clean/complete/attached (pages do have some foxing around outer part of pages).
