Good condition. Well made. Comes with a roll of memo paper attached. Small hole for pen or pencil on left arm. Will need to hang on wall. Easy to hang. Item has blemish marks due to age and use, but still in good shape and is functional. Exact age is unknown. Most likely made in the 40's or 50's. Made of wood. Could easily be painted if desired. Sold as is as shown in photos. Smoke free home.
