Vintage 50s Art Deco Compact Makeup German Schildkraut Mirror Glass Sparkly Bead For Sale

This compact is in pristine condition. The tray is clean, new, never used. The foam insert is still in place, with original puff. The tan insert in the picture is a foam tray, not makeup. You remove it and add your pot of makeup. Ready to add your own, or use as a mirror only.

All the glass beads are intact and firmly attached. No condition issues at all. Original Sticker says “Styled by Schildkraut”.

Has a beautiful sparkly art deco style.

The only minor issue is that the hinged tray cover inside likes to pop open, an issue with these kinds of closures. You could bend it to keep it more secure, but I will leave that to you. It is not wear and tear, it is just the design. The outer closure is tight and secure.
