Used condition. Hand drill has scratches and scuffs and dings along with some paint loss. The wood handles seem solid, but some of the finish has come off, and there is some yellow paint on the handle. It has some rust and tarnish on it. It could use a good cleaning. It turns smooth. The wood knob turns a little stiff. Please look at the photos; they are part of the description.
