All 2026 Topps Marvel Mint Base listings are intended for set collectors, not card graders. These are base cards, they're thick, with a foil surface, thus are likely to contain minor corner and edge issues and were not thoroughly inspected. All cards are in NM-Mint condition with no major condition issues that I noticed. Please refer to photos, and if you're concerned with receiving perfect Mint-Gem Mint cards, consider another listing.

• Cards will be sleeved and top-loaded/card-saver. With small lots, not all cards will be top loaded in order to maintain thickness criteria for eSE shipping.
• Please allow handling of 1-2 days for sale; 2-3 days for Buy-It-Now

• If you believe your card is lost in the mail PLEASE read this policy and send me a message before opening an ?item not received request.?
• I will promptly reply to all messages and can issue a refund if necessary without an "item not received request".
• "Item not received requests" should be reserved for situations where you require to step in because I am not meeting expectations. They hurt my seller score, so please reach out to me personally before opening a request. I am fair and happy to help and will always resolve issues personally. Thanks!
• In order to make small card transactions affordable, all cards sold <$20 will ship standard envelope (eSE aka PWE).
• The card will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope, which requires hand sorting (vs machine sorting) with the USPS. I do this to keep your card safe, rather than using a paper envelope and your card being sent through sorting machines.
• Expectations for standard envelope (eSE) shipping times:
• Because I ship these cards as hand sorted, you should expect a 7-10 business day shipping window in addition to the handling time specified above. The ?expected delivery? they display with your order does not take into account that the post office will hand sort! So it is often over-estimated. I apologize for this, but there is no way for me to process shipping in a way that provides you with a more accurate expected delivery date.
• eSE is not tracked accurately. This is a known issue with and has been communicated in the seller/buyer community. The only date/time information you will generally see is when I print the sticker. With handling time, it could be 1-3 days before the post office enters the envelope into their sorting. There is no tracking when the envelope makes it?s way through postal hubs as is typical with standard ground shipping (bubble mailers, etc). Please don?t be alarmed, and you can always send me a message to confirm that your item has shipped.
• "Business days" are days which the post office is open (non-holiday weekdays). Please be sure to count postal holidays, and understand that shipping times do slow down around shipping holidays (the world doesn?t stop producing mail despite the USPS being closed for a day). The vast majority of ?item not received? requests I get, when the package is delayed but not lost, are immediately following a postal holiday.
• Please note that the USPS will consider a package as lost after 15 business days. So be aware that 7-10 business days is considered ?on time? and 11-15 business days is considered ?delayed? but no yet ?lost?. If you would like me to refund you before 15 business days, I will gladly do so. However, you will need to return the card at your expense if it arrives late. There is no way to reverse a refund on the platform.
• I would like to continue selling cards with eSE to benefit collectors and get cards into the hands of people who will enjoy them more affordably. But the eSE system is imperfect (especially in the era of Amazon Prime shipping), and I would appreciate your help minimizing false ?item not received? requests. Again, I?m just a dad with a hobby. Dealing with the robots when a request is submitted because buyers are unaware or abusing the system takes time and money away from me and my family. I have no problem at all issuing refunds for legitimate lost or damaged packages (it does happen very rarely).

• If the card contains any significant & noteworthy damage or print errors, they will be noted in the description above for my integrity.
• DO NOT offer or purchase this card with expectations of receiving a particular professional grade.
• I WILL NOT ACCEPT returns due to existing flaws that fall within the Ungraded Card Condition guidelines below. This policy unfortunately exists because of bad past experiences with disingenuous buyers. ("Near Mint or Better" does NOT mean a guaranteed PSA 10!!!)
• If the description above says "Pack Fresh", that means I can guarantee it went straight from the pack to a sleeve and top loader, and it's not a repack card or a card purchased on the secondary market.
