Once operating, crystal-clear rain lamp oil circulates continuously through the lamp and flows down hundreds of fine lines surrounding the illuminated Venus figure. The result is the signature illusion of softly falling rain that made these lamps such unforgettable pieces of 1970s décor.
With its warm metallic frame, decorative greenery, classical Venus centerpiece, and constantly moving rain effect, the M-100 is as much a piece of kinetic art as it is a lamp. Turn down the room lights and it creates an especially beautiful, relaxing glow.
A New Rain Lamp—Not a Restoration
Every M-100 is newly manufactured and individually assembled and tested by Rain Oil Lamps in Mystic, Connecticut.
Rather than dealing with brittle wiring, worn-out pumps, missing parts, or decades of accumulated residue commonly found in vintage lamps, the M-100 combines the classic rain lamp experience with new components, modern wiring, LED lighting, and an upgraded circulation pump.
These are the final hanging lamps remaining from this limited M-100 production run.
The hanging/swag configuration is the only version currently available. Once the remaining lamps are sold, this model will not be immediately restocked.
