Mat measures approximately 8\" wide x 10\" high
Oval portrait area measures approximately 6\" wide x 8\" high
Portrait features the family of President Abraham Lincoln with Abe seated in an armchair reading a book while two of his sons, Robert and Tad, look on. First Lady Mary Todd is seated next to her husband and a portrait of William is hanging on the wall.
Original portrait was painted in 1865 by Francis Schell. The steel engraving was done by A.B. Walter. The frame on this picture is modern but the picture and mat are original.
In very good condition with no visible signs of damage or repair.Mat has some discoloration and small stain. Picture is in very good condition.
