Beautiful Vintage MALING, ENGLAND Display Plate, Water Mill, Raised Texture For Sale

This is a colorful display plate made in the ‘30’s, in England.

The finish has a raised texture outline around the featured items in the picture, and then hand painted. I think it’s called tube painting.

From the front it looks to be perfect, however, there are 2 chips on the back rim, see pics. One is larger than the other.

The larger one you can see from the side of the plate, see pics.

Other then the chips on rim it is lovely, a water mill, flowers & trees and a bridge.
