Fostoria American Dresser Vanity Set, Hollywood Regency Era-- 1915 For Sale

This rare and unique vanity set, believed to have been made in 1915, is made using four American Fostoria pieces; the Cigarette Box & Lid (#307), the 3” Square Puff Box & Lid (#302) and two of the Perfume Bottle & Stopper (#217). Each piece is covered in a combination of Brass Filigree Stamping and actual Brass Filigree and includes a hand painted Guilloche Enamel Medallion/Cameo featuring an American pink rose. In addition to the American covered pieces this beautiful set includes a Hand Mirror and Mirrored Tray. The perfume bottles and puff box each sit on tiny brass feet, and the Jewel Box and Dresser Tray have delicate claw style feet. The set shows signs of wear commensurate with it’s age and use. Each piece can be removed from it’s covering for cleaning, although this is highly discouraged except as needed.
