Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage flaking at the edges of the cover the spine is split 50% of the way a musty smell perhaps some mold the cover is detached and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
