Christmas village houses sometimes have added features like plants signs and or other exterior items that are glued to the original house. These items on many occasions are knocked loose during shipping, especially the older ones where the glue has aged and become brittle but in most cases are easily glued back. We try to ensure packaging avoids this from occurring but are not always successful .
We use USPS Ground Advantage( Insured )the shipping cost is based of weight, size and value of item/s and includes (by USPS) the cost of insurance.
We no longer combine Village House/Animations. For Smaller figures and props - Add to cart then request an invoice and we will find the cheapest rate which includes the packaging and insurance costs. Larger items can not be combines but may qualify for a discount on the item. Will will not ship without insurance.
Return Policy: Provide Proof of Damage, images detailing damage, including images of package with label. Initiate a refund through and we will issue a return label (We pay and provide). Package in a new box WITH the original box and return (if original box was damaged). Upon Receipt we will issue a full refund including the original shipping. We will file the insurance claim with USPS.IF you wish to keep the item then you are welcome to file the claim directly with USPS and they will refund you directly for the damages and you keep the item.
These items are from a lifelong collection and now a retirement project. We seldom clean items with exception of dusting / air blowing cobwebs and loose dirt and we try to keep them together as much as we can. We use new boxes where possible to save time but packaging can be creative depending on shape/size. All images are the actual item. What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) Please check the images for condition as we do not inspect or test any except on the more expensive items, We will not open any sealed item or remove from the package unless it hasalready been opened. All are sold as seen. Most have been in storage for many years and package discoloring scuffing etc may be present. Even though new we may/will list as used more often so again check the images closely. We pass our shipping discount directly to you so what you see is the lowest cost , which includes handling and packaging.
