This item has never been opened, we opened one side to take a picture of the item outside of the box. No basket included. This is just the base tub to hold the basket. Assembly will be required. This was purchased in 2009. The box is in good condition. It is heavy. There is one rip of the box on the bottom. The bag inside that holds the accessories is ripped from the heavy knobs it is holding. The item is fully wrapped in original packaging and zip ties.
