PRE-1954 *MINT-WORKING* STERLING SILVER PLATED CASE - ZENITH "SAIGON ARGENT" For Sale

I recently imported this beautiful and precious lighter from France. It is in near mint condition. The sterling silver plated case was made in French occupied Vietnam on or before July, 1954 (when France departed Vietnam) and ishallmarked Saigon "Argent" (silver in French). The previous owner informed me that the case and the lighter were originally paired when the lighter was manufactured in 1954 or earlier.
A note about vintage lighters: I found that buying vintage lighters is challenging. When the description says "untested", it really means "broken". Beyond that, 90% of the time lighters I purchased required a significant amount of servicing before they were ready for use. These lighters I am offering here are the best of the best. They have been serviced and every nook and cranny cleaned/polished.
