Rare Vintage "Carter's Complete Marker Kit" CollectableMy research did not come up with a date of manufacture. The Carter Company worked at developing many innovative writing products and eventually developed the Marks A Lot markers. This kit has most of the original parts including various felt tips and ink, the pen and a small amount of cleaner. It also comes in original plastic case with instructions.
