U.S. Air Force Major General Sandra E. Finan retirement challenge coin.

Finan began her military career as an enlisted member of the Air National Guard in 1982 and later received her Air Force commission, eventually reaching the rank of Major General.

One side features her name, two-star Major General insignia, enlisted Airman insignia, and the dates 1982 and 2017. Reverse features U.S. Air Force, “34,” “Retired,” and military insignia.

Finan's career included space, missile and nuclear assignments, and command of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center.
