Item is pre owned but in very good condition. Estate piece. The story I was told- this was from a family member that passed who was a prison guard (LT) from 1940-1960 in Georgia Corrections. I can not verify, only pass on the story. Solid oak, zero cracks or splits. Some light wear but overall an excellent piece.
