Left side has a beautiful beveled mirror; the middle section has a powder puff, square pad; under that is the covered powder supply, ; right side is the lipstick tube.The powder and puff seem to be used; however, hard to tell for sure- may be just loose from opening & looking at it.
No lipstick in the tube.
