A bit of History...

This sheet features the famous "Penneys" typography logo it doesn't have the apostrophe or the "J.C."  Penneys hired a prominent New York design firm to completely rebrand their stories between 1963 and 1971.  This specific stylized wordmark and iconic daisy logo belonged to their mid to late 60s "Fashion Manor" domestic house line which focused on introduction modern stylish yet durable home linens to the American suburb.
