Vintage 1920s Reo Spirit Magazine Lot (4) REO Motor Car Co Lansing MI 1922 1924 For Sale

Up for sale is a rare original lot of (4) vintage "REO Spirit" magazines, published by the REO Motor Car Company in Lansing, Michigan, during the early 1920s. These internal company publications offer a fascinating historical look into early American automotive manufacturing, employee welfare, industrial safety, and 1920s culture. These magazines are in fair condition remember they are extremely old they do have all the pages, but some of the pages are slightly tore in the center of the magazine, rest assured that none of them are ripped where you can see it it's in the center where it has separated from the middle of the binder

• January 1922 (Whole No. 74) – Cover features the REO Welfare Building in Lansing, MI.

• July 1922 (Whole No. 80) – "Mid-summer Number" featuring classic 1920s swimsuit/beach artwork.

• August 1922 (Whole No. 81) – "Fish Number" featuring a comic boating and fishing cover illustration.

• February 1924 (Whole No. 98) – "Safety Number" featuring an industrial machine lathe operator photo cover.

• Written Name: Each front cover has a former owner's name ("Wm. Wolfgang" / "Ron. Wolfgang") written neatly in ink on the top border.

• Physical Wear: Good vintage condition overall. Shows light corner creasing, edge wear, and natural paper toning/yellowing consistent with 100-year-old paper ephemera.

• Environment: These magazines have been in a smoke-free home ever since.
