No signs of wear or use. Great quality built light. Originally this light would have been used for business or industrial purposes. Dial/knob for on off function. Also has a 120 volt accessory socket. It looks to me like it takes a T5 florescent bulb (not included.) Versatile lamp that could be mounted on a wall or under a cabinet. No markings to indicate the manufacture.
