Vintage Made Austria Jeweled Portrait Powder Compact Turquoise Glass Floral For Sale

Beautiful vintage Austrian powder compact featuring an ornate gold-tone floral design with bright turquoise-colored cabochon accents and a lovely Victorian-style lady portrait at the center.

The compact is marked “MADE AUSTRIA” on the back. The interior retains its mirror, powder screen/sifter and soft pink powder puff, making this a particularly attractive and complete vintage vanity collectible.

The exterior has wonderful dimensional floral detailing surrounding the portrait and blue cabochons. A beautiful display piece for a collection of vintage compacts, vanity accessories, costume jewelry or mid-century accessories.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with age-appropriate wear, including surface scratches, patina/tarnish and wear to the metal finish. The mirror shows age/cloudiness and the interior has remnants of powder/use. Please review all photographs closely as they are an important part of the condition description. I have not attempted to polish or restore the compact.
