Wonderful original Missouri Pacific Railroad china service plate featuring a steam locomotive in the center surrounded by colorful panels representing the state flowers of the states served by the Missouri Pacific Lines.

Made specifically for the railroad by Onondaga Pottery Co., Syracuse, New York (Syracuse China).

The reverse is clearly marked:

O.P. Co. Syracuse China”

Measures approximately 10½” in diameter.

Beautiful railroadiana display piece with especially attractive colors and graphics. This was not simply a generic souvenir plate—the backstamp identifies it as china manufactured for the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
