This is a collector's estate treasure sold as found I belive it is new or barely used no rips stains or wear marks. The vinyl is stiff and has wrinkles and folds from storage. The zipper is metal and is also stiff. The strap handle is adjustable. It measures approximately 14x10x4.5 in
