WW1 Ammo Belt - Dated 1918Condition: Great, with significant wear. This includes one snap post missing and one post damaged. The belt has been modified with some snaps moved to a higher position and holes made on the flaps where the snaps were not moved so that all flaps could be closed tighter.
Each back side and the extension belt are marked Long 5-18. The belt is the M1910 design and would have held 10 ammo cartridges for the Springfield 1903 rifle. The belt can be extended out to about 47". Given the modifications and early 1918 date, this one was likely issued and used during W1, so don't miss out on adding this to your collection!!
