This is a highly collectible and scarce double-edged needle-point fighting weapon utilized during the war.KEY FEATURES & MARKINGS:Military Stamps: Distinctly deep-stamped U.S. on one side of the ricasso. The reverse side features the authentic arsenal/inspector stamped digits 4 3 near the crossguard.Blade Geometry: Exceptional uncleaned condition with a true double-edged needle-point profile. Exact digital caliper measurements: Thickness at the guard is 2.45 mm, tapering to 2.19 mm in the middle, and 2.18 mm near the tip.
