This is a box containing complete or NEAR COMPLETE set of cards. I do not know if there are cards missing, but previous owner kept extremely good condition of the cards I've gone through so far. That being said, these cards are taken OUT of their packs.
There are three opened plastic wrappers included. Box is opened at top, and used. For that reason, I'm lowering price this normally goes for, as I also cannot guarantee complete set, though so far all his other sets have been 100% complete.
