1880’s Thomas Oyster Burns cabinet card. Published by Entrekin of Philly. Burns was a Philly native. He played his MLB season for Wilmington of the Union Association. He would finish out most of the 1880’s with the Baltimore Orioles. This card would have been published while Oyster was playing for the Orioles. Oyster went on to play in Brooklyn. There were some good teams that came out of Baltimore and Brooklyn during his years. Oyster hit .300 career over 11 MLB seasons. He was not popular among teammates from what has been written. A little under 5 by 7 inch in size. Stains, toning and wear. Some paper loss on the back. Feel free to ask questions.
