Berthas 1965 Blessed by Pope Paul VI Pieta Vatican Pavilion Sterling Relic Medal For Sale

This medal is from my mother\'s estate collection, from when she was at the Pope\'s visit in 1965 to the Worlds Fair in NYC where he blessed this medal. Blessings are a gift. Only the medal is for sale. It is 3/4 inches in diameter and weighs 3 grams sterling.

The back reads as follows: around circle at top Vatican Pavilion (New York World\'s Fair, Inc.) and under that Catamore Sterling, then in the center The Pieta Medal. It is a beautiful depiction of Michelangelo\'s Pieta (Mary, Veneration of Mary in the Catholic Church Lamentation of Christ.).
