Florence State University's name was changed to University of North Alabama sometime in the 70's. I think this is the last yearbook that is listed for Florence State. It became the University of North Alabama after the 1974 yearbook. I was a teenager during this time and remember Florence State became University of North Alabama (UNA) when I was in high school and when I went to college, it was definitely UNA.
