RARE OG-107 USMC P56 P53 Sateen Utility Field Shirt No EGA Medium Early Vietnam:
$69.99

Up for sale is a rare P56 utility shirt worn by the Marine Corps in the late 1950s, it was simply a changeover from the HBT material to the cotton sateen material that saw use into the 1980s. These saw use in Vietnam very early on before being replaced by the P58, but probably stuck around toward the end of the 1960s stateside. It is the same pattern as the P53 and has the interior map pocket. This one doesn't have an HBT stamp on the pocket meaning it was either never applied or poorly applied and completely wore away. This makes it ideal to be a stand-in for a ROK Army or ROKMC uniform for reenacting South Korean or you can add a proper EGA stamp and have it be fresh for USMC reenacting. This is a reenacting grade condition shirt, as it's not patched and it isn't pristine, but it's in good functional shape for future use. I've included a vintage pillow case which is about the same fabric, just slightly lighter in color but matches in person quite well, and is a touch softer. Not sure if the pillow case is military, just including it with.Measurements: Measures to about Medium, maybe all around 1.5-2" less than modern day medium but it's close to 67 years old.
