An amazing piece! I believe the metal is aluminum, it is also etched and has a green felt lining. There is a circle embossed emblem in center of eye viewer (see photo). I believe this is from an International Expo in 1900. Trademark & patent pending dates engraved are 1895, 1892, 1906.
Condition: In amazing goodpre-owned condition, just minimal wear, a few scratches. Any questions, send a message please.
