Authentic 1913 Imperial Russian Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) – Grand Duchesses Olga and Tatiana Nikolaevna.

Up for sale is a highly collectible, original antique photographic postcard featuring a stunning 1913 studio portrait of Grand Duchess Olga and Grand Duchess Tatiana, the eldest daughters ("The Big Pair") of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia.

Historical Details: Photographer: Captured on June 3, 1913, by the acclaimed St. Petersburg court photography studio, Boasson and Eggler.

Image Number: This card features the inventory tracking number "50" printed lightly on the lower right corner.

Front Inscription: Features the original Russian caption: "The August daughters of Their Imperial Majesties, Olga and Tatiana Nikolaevna."

Reverse Side: Features the highly desirable, official vertical stamp reading "дозволено придворною цензурою" (Approved by the Court Censorship). It also retains faint vintage dealer annotations in German pencil reading "Prinzessin Olga u. Tatiana (N° 50 mat)".

Condition Report: Format: Postally unused.

Front: Crisp, clear image with excellent sepia tones and beautiful matte contrast. Very minimal silvering or fading considering its 110+ year age.

Back: Clean reverse with legible censorship print. No heavy staining or residue.
