This listing is a printed copper plaque from commemorating Israel's Declaration of Independence in 1948.
This plaque is decorated with a picture of Theordor Herzl surrounded by 2 Israeli flags at the top and his famous quote in Hebrew "If you will it, it is no dream". On the right hand side is an Israeli soldier and on the bottom a sea-view from Tel Aviv. The center of the plaque shows the text in English of the Declaration of Independence as well as the signatures of the signers of the declaration.
This is marked on the bottom "COPYRIGHT 1948 by GRODEL INC NEW YORK NY". This is in very good condition with a few light marks, but no bends. There are 2 chains at the top for handing this plaque. It measures approximately 10 1/2" x 13 1/4".
