This item shipped secured in place with bubble wrap in a sealed box. As far as the inside goes it has a big name written in sharpie on the inside of the first page and the pages are a bit bent. The outside has a lot of light scratches on it from use over the years and some cracking on the plastic on the corners. The cards are including with the binder there's 9 Topps cards 4 are non holo and pretty warped and beat up they were in another binder and got wet. There's also 5 holo Topps in better condition but still have some corner and edgewear. There's also some base set cards but nothing too special or valuable. Weight: 14.5oz.
