This is the \"music box pocket watch,\" a key item in the story of the TV anime NOIR broadcast in 2001, carried by Mireille Bouquet. *This product does not have a music box function.
The case is a beautiful item with the same carving of \"two maidens facing each other with swords\" as in the work.

Although the packaging is a little weathered, the pocket watch itself is in such good condition that it is hard to believe it has been on the market for over 20 years.
