Gaudy Welsh Pottery or Welsh Lustre is a new term given in 1978 for modest priced pottery made from 1820-1860 in Wales or England. This style usually has an undercoat of blue, copper lusre, burnt orange, and green ÷ decoration. There is a white background and usually has panels on the pottery piece. These are hard to find. This creamer is 3 1/2" tall 3 3/4" at its widest. The base diameter is 2 1/2". Some of the glaze has yellowed. (See pics) There are 8 panels. I do not see any cracks, chips, or crazing.
