This is a magnificent collector specimen of boulder opal from Eromanga ,Queensland, Australia.
One side is polished.
Last photo shows the back of the specimen.
I purchased this direct from the miner at The Tucson Show 20 years ago. I had this in my own display cabinet until a couple of months ago :-) !
