RARE c.1790 Offenburg Imperial Lottery 4-Up Uncut Sheet French Ephemera For Sale

Original antique lottery document from Offenbourg (modern-day Offenburg, Germany), dating from the late 18th century.An unusual surviving uncut sheet of four lottery forms, printed in French for the “Loto de la Ville Impériale d’Offenbourg.”The printed text refers to Letters Patent granted by the Magistrate of Offenburg on 3 October 1777, authorising the lottery. The forms contain spaces for the draw number, the five numbers drawn from the “Roue de Fortune,” and the date of the following drawing.Particularly interesting as the sheet remains intact with all four forms together rather than having been cut into individual slips.Condition: Approximately 230+ years old and showing substantial age-related wear. Creasing/folding, toning, staining, edge wear and small tears are present. There are also old tape repairs to the reverse, as shown in the photographs. Paper remains intact overall.
