Shipping: I know shipping has gotten pricey. I can't help that. I try to make it as cheap as possible with box size but I have had a couple of recent items damaged. So I will use bigger boxes and double box when possible. It will add more to the shipping but that is the reality now. Thanks.

Nice antique Meissen porcelain figurine of a young woman. She is holding a birdcage with a bird shown inside and a recumbent lamb next to her feet.She is about 7.25" tall andsignedon bottom as shown. She weighs 1 lb before packing.

Excellent pre owned condition with several very tiny missing fringe tips on the edge of her dress (see photo with pen pointer) and perhaps a missing envelope in her right hand. I only note this as I have seen others with said envelope and others without. No roughness in the hand that would suggest something was there, but those who collect Meissen will know. I did a uv light that shows does not fluoresce over the figurine including the right hand.
