VINTAGE JEWELED GOTHIC / NEO-REGENCY 7pc NATIVITY SET by JC PENNY

BOX CONDITION : Vintage - original box & storage foam inserts shows their age w/ shelf wear, tape & rips.
MIRROR CONDITION : Mirror is real glass positioned within a Gothic/Neo-Regency style resin frame - the center mirror left bottom corner has been repaired but the mirror stands evenly without issue & is structurally sound (see photo #19).
FIGURES CONDITION : This is an older set in very nice condition - no chips or cracks - NOTE: one wise man is missing a jewel on the back of his robe (see photo #12 with pen).
SUBJECT : Beautiful 7 piece Nativity scene with antiqued gold leaf porcelain figures & matching gold leaf finish tri-fold mirror - all figures are very handsome & beautifully detailed.
INCLUDES : Holy Family & 3 Wise Men with ornate Gothic/Neo-Regency tri-fold mirror backdrop.
MIRROR SIZE : Backdrop center mirror is 13.5" tall x 6" wide - 2 side panels are 12" tall x 5" wide - overall backdrop size is 13.5" tall x 16" wide.
STYLE : Incredible Mid-century - very elegant
MATERIAL : Gold leaf porcelain figures w/ multi-colored glass jewels & resin framed real glass mirror.
PACKAGING : Comes with original box & custom foam inserts - both box & foam inserts show traces of time with rips & tape.
WEIGHT : 12 Pounds - this is housed in it's original box which is LARGE & the mirrors are HEAVY - shipping costs insure safe delivery via UPS.

This spectacular Nativity set brings the Bethlehem story to life in porcelain, gold leaf & multi-colored jewels.
The kneeling wise man has lost a jewel on the back of his robe & the mirror has been repaired but this can still be considered aexceptionally good looking set with a very high-end decorator appeal.
Gold leaf is generously applied to the 6 figures & the tri-fold arched mirror frame - the added twinkle of the gold leaf randomly applied offers a luxurious feeling & beautifully accents the over-the-top Gothic mirror design. Just plain gorgeous!
