Vtg Bradford Like Seco Celestial Motion Christmas Tree Topper Heart Lamp For Sale

This is an extremely rare tree topper to find. I’m not entirely sure if it is a Bradford. As it is marked seco. But is does look like it and works like one. This tree topper has a removable base so it could be used as a topper or table light. No cracks on the plastic sphere. One of the clips that hold the sphere has cracks but it does not affect it.
