You are offerding only on the white-on-yellow \"CR\" Old Guard pre-OA emblem.(\"Pre-OA\" meaning before the founding of OA Lodge 473.) The pre-OA emblem is flocked on felt. Issued starting in 1946. Camp Roosevelt was in Clear Lake, Iowa. The Old Guard also existed in nearby Mid-Iowa Council, and its members became the charter members of Order of the Arrow, Mitigwa Lodge 450 in 1951.Similarly, members of the Old Guard at Camp Roosevelt became the charter members of OA Lodge 473.
